Program Description: Higher Learning is an after school academic support and cultural enrichment programs for students ages 9 to 12 that live in the San Antonio neighborhood in District 2.

would cost $250,000 to provide one year of comprehensive academic and
enrichment program for 150 elementary school students. It would cost $500,000 to provide one year
of comprehensive academic and enrichment program for 200 middle school
students.
Instructor Cost/hour: $15
to $25 per hour
