Program Name: Niroga Integral Development (ID) Program

 

Program Description: Niroga's programs are tailored to the specific needs of our partners. Our programs incorporate the staff along with youth into the model for maximum effectiveness. When possible our programs also extend to the families of the children and youth we are serving.      Program Benefits for youth, families, and staff  The ID Yoga program aims to:       Enhance external and internal strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance           Increase self-awareness, self-image, and self-esteem       Enhance self-confidence, self-control, stress-resilience, and anger-management skills      Increase focus, attention, and concentration to strengthen academic potential and improve academic performance in youth, and reduce violence

Capacity to Deliver Services: We have 27 Yoga Corps teachers trained, with 40+ on a waiting list to join. Our Yoga Corps teachers work with a teacher or staff member at the site.

Niroga will build the program to fit the needs of your students and staff.

 

Contract Fee Schedule: For $39,600 (or $19,800 at a 50% match) we could serve 100 kids, two days per week, as well as the staff/teachers one day per week, for the entire school year.

Instructor Cost/hour: $100/hour (partner pays at least 50% of cost)
